Terms Of Service
Digital Art Commission
š GENERAL
1. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise.
2. I reserve the right to decline any request that Iām not comfortable with.
3. Please provide clear references and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
4. I may share the finished artwork on my portfolio or social media unless the commission is private.
š³ PAYMENT
1. Payment is done via PayPal Invoice (USD).
2. Full payment is required upfront before I proceed past the sketch stage.
3. All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Private commissions (not posted publicly) will incur a +30% fee per artwork.
šØ PROCESS & REVISIONS
1. I will send a rough sketch for approval before continuing.
2. Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase.
3. Major changes after approval may require additional fees.
4. I will keep you updated throughout the process.
ā³ TURNAROUND TIME
ā Estimated completion: 3ā7 days
ā Maximum timeframe: up to 30 days (depending on complexity, queue, or personal circumstances).

DELIVERY
1. Final artwork will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or Email.
2. Default formats: JPG/PNG, 300 DPI
3. Canvas sizes include: A5, HD, square format, or custom (please specify beforehand).
ā ļø USAGE & RIGHTS
1. The client owns the character(s).
2. I retain the rights to the artwork.
3. You may:
ā Use it for personal display (profile picture, banner, etc.)
4. You may NOT:
ā Resell, redistribute, or mint as NFT
ā Claim the artwork as your own
ā Use for commercial purposes without permission
š« ADDITIONAL NOTES
ā For comic/page commissions, a complete script (dialogue, setting, expressions, references) is required.
ā Please keep instructions clear and concise for best results.

ā You are welcome to ask for updates, but please be respectful of response time.
ā Communication will be done via agreed platform (DM/email).

I do not associate with, support, and will not be held accountable for any inappropriate/offensive behavior from my clients, nor do I claim to hold the same ideologies as them. Any exchange between the artist (me) and the client is strictly business only.
Bottom Line
By requesting a commission from me, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service. Please ensure you have the necessary funds before requesting a commission. The commissioner retains copyrights to the subject of the artwork (i.e. original characters), but I claim ownership of the artwork itself. The artwork will only be delivered digitally, and is not available in physical form.
Comic Page Commission Request - Guide
Please provide the complete script (settings, SFX, character sheet, character's emotions)
Please provide the characters sheet.
Landscape page will be counted as one page.
Max panel is 5 panels per one page. (additional +$10 for every panel added)
Max character in one page is 3 characters. (additional +$10 for every character added)
For detailed object or background (such as: a place inside the bar full of bottles, closed up forest, etc) will be charged for $5 - $20.

Comic Page Commission - Progress
You'll be sent the progress of the making through email or chat DM.
Draft 1 is the very first draft before the payment. In here, you can give your input freely about character's poses, what they're doing, or even changing the script conversations. Full revisions is allowed for 2 times.
Draft 2 is the continuation from the draft 1 after you agree and paid for my service. In here, you still can added your input, but with limited revisions. Total revisions for draft 2 is 3 revisions. Full revisions is prohibited.
Draft 3 is the more refine version of draft 2. Total revisions for draft 1 is 1 revisions. Full revisions is prohibited.
Draft 4 is the final version of draft 3, complete with conversations and other details. Revisions are only for the conversations. Total revisions is 2 revisions.
