Terms Of Service

Digital Art Commission

  1. Non-commercial. Personal use only.

  2. Payment via Paypal, I'll send you an Invoice (I'll ask for your email to send out invoice).

  3. No refunds. I never accept the work if I can't afford it.

  4. Additional price for Private commissions will cost +30% for each illustration.

  5. I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel I am not suited to it at all.

  6. My usual image size is 1748 x 2480px (A5); 1080 x 1920px (HD); 800 x 1920 (ScreenPhone); and 1000 x 1000px and/or Custom with 300dpi. Please inform if there are specific size.

  7. Artistic freedom is greatly appreciated.

  8. Reference images are obligatory. Please keep it fairly short and up to the point. Remember, I don’t speak English so perfectly to understand everything. Do not use abbreviations, contractions of words or urban vocabulary.

  9. Please do not rush me! If you don't like waiting for a commission, then I am not the artist you looking for.

  10. For Comic/Pages Commission, please send out a complete script of story (setting/place, conversations, characters references, and/or other additional info such as intricate details of some things (jewelry, weapons, etc)) and emotions the characters/settings in; such as angst, wholesome, morbid, etc. The paper size for Comic/Page commission is A5 (1748 x 2480px).

  11. All finished commission will be sent out in google drive link as JPEG file. Let me know if you prefer it on e-mail.

  12. Artists have the right to use commission result as sample and post it on social media with client consent.

  13. Clients have the rights to ask the commission progress through DM on Instagram or X/Twitter. Clients have no rights to change the entire finished commission or duplicate it to be sold on other platform such as nft, fiver, etc.

I do not associate with, support, and will not be held accountable for any inappropriate/offensive behavior from my clients, nor do I claim to hold the same ideologies as them. Any exchange between the artist (me) and the client is strictly business only.

Bottom Line

By requesting a commission from me, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service. Please ensure you have the necessary funds before requesting a commission. The commissioner retains copyrights to the subject of the artwork (i.e. original characters), but I claim ownership of the artwork itself. The artwork will only be delivered digitally, and is not available in physical form.

Comic Page Commission Request - Guide

  1. Please provide the complete script (settings, SFX, character sheet, character's emotions)

  2. Please provide the characters sheet.

  3. Landscape page will be counted as one page.

  4. Max panel is 5 panels per one page. (additional +$10 for every panel added)

  5. Max character in one page is 3 characters. (additional +$10 for every character added)

  6. For detailed object or background (such as: a place inside the bar full of bottles, closed up forest, etc) will be charged for $5 - $20.

  2. Send/share the script via Google Docs or PDF file. Screenshoot is okay too.

  3. Max panel is 5 panels per one page.

Freestyle Script Example

  1. More freestyle. In here, artistic freedom is used to create the paneling for you.

  2. Send/share the script via Google Docs or PDF file. Screen shoot is okay too.

  3. Max panel is 5 panels per one page.

  4. Max character in one page is 3 characters. (additional +$10 for every character added)

  5. SFX can be left blank if there are none.

Comic Page Commission - Progress

  1. You'll be sent the progress of the making through email or chat DM.

  2. Draft 1 is the very first draft before the payment. In here, you can give your input freely about character's poses, what they're doing, or even changing the script conversations. Full revisions is allowed for 2 times.

  3. Draft 2 is the continuation from the draft 1 after you agree and paid for my service. In here, you still can added your input, but with limited revisions. Total revisions for draft 2 is 3 revisions. Full revisions is prohibited.

  4. Draft 3 is the more refine version of draft 2. Total revisions for draft 1 is 1 revisions. Full revisions is prohibited.

  5. Draft 4 is the final version of draft 3, complete with conversations and other details. Revisions are only for the conversations. Total revisions is 2 revisions.
